Our Guarantee

We want every Dave (and Dave-adjacent human) to be happy with their purchase. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at certifieddave@certifieddave.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. 

Sizing Issues

Ordered the wrong size? We get it — sizing charts are suggestions, not promises. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on an exchange. You may be responsible for the cost of the replacement item, but we'll waive it for first-time orders.


Refund Exceptions — We WILL Refund If:

:white_check_mark: Wrong item or design was sent
:white_check_mark: Print quality is noticeably poor
:white_check_mark: Item was lost in shipping (after investigation with carrier)

Refund Exceptions — We CANNOT Refund If:

:x: The size doesn't fit but matches the size chart
:x: Color looks slightly different on screen vs. in person (monitor settings vary)

Shipping Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (domestic US) or 30 business days (international), contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at certifieddave@certifieddave.com with:

1. Order number
2. Brief description of the issue
3. Photo (if applicable)

We respond within 1-2 business days and resolve most issues within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
