Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, with standard delivery adding another 3–7 days on top of that. So plan accordingly — we want your Dave to be fully certified before the party, not after. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We know Daves exist worldwide — trust us, we've thought about it — but international shipping isn't available just yet. Stay tuned.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, completely free. No minimums, no catches, no fine print. Just free shipping on every order because honestly, you're already doing us a favor by spreading the Dave gospel.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We move fast, so changes and cancellations can only be made if your order hasn't been processed yet. Reach out to us immediately via our contact page and we'll do our best to help. Once it's been fulfilled and shipped, we unfortunately can't make changes — but our exchange process is easy if needed.

How do your sizes run?
Our apparel runs true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a roomier look, we'd suggest sizing up. When in doubt, check the size guide below.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry XS through 4XL — because Daves come in all shapes and sizes, and every single one of them deserves to be certified.
Is there a size guide?
Sure is. Here's a quick reference for shirts and hoodies based on chest measurements:

I'm buying this as a gift — what size should I get?
When in doubt, size up — nobody has ever complained that their free hoodie was a little cozy. If you know the recipient's usual size in a brand like Gildan or Hanes, that translates well here. And if you guess wrong, exchanges are easy.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Just reach out to us first and we'll walk you through the process. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. If the size isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll get you sorted with the correct size. We want every Dave — and every Dave-adjacent person — to be comfortable in their gear.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
That's on us, and we'll make it right immediately. Shoot us a photo of the issue along with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No shipping charges, no hassle.
Products
What are your shirts, hoodies, and hats made of?
We use quality blanks with comfortable, durable fabrics — typically a cotton/polyester blend depending on the style. Exact material details are listed on each individual product page so you know exactly what you're getting.
Will the print fade after washing?
Our prints are made to last. For best results, wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Treat it right and your Dave gear will stay looking sharp wash after wash — just like Dave himself.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to restock popular styles, but availability can vary. If something you want is out of stock, check back soon or use the "notify me" option on the product page if available. Good things come to those who wait — especially Daves.

Do I have to be named Dave to shop here?
Absolutely not. You just have to appreciate greatness. That said, if you are named Dave, congratulations — you've found your people.
What if my name isn't Dave but I love the brand?
Welcome. Truly. Some of our biggest fans are people shopping for the Dave in their life — a dad, a husband, a best friend, a coworker who insists on being called "Big Dave" for reasons no one can explain. You belong here too.
Is this a good gift for Father's Day or birthdays?
