Website visitors and customers

We collect information you give us when you shop or contact us, such as name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store full card numbers. We use this only to fulfill orders, provide support, and run the store. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing fiedler.dave@gmail.com.

Social media publishing (TikTok, Instagram, X)

Certified Dave uses an app called Certified Dave Poster to publish product photos, videos, and captions from our own store to our own business accounts, including TikTok (@certifieddave59). The app connects only to accounts owned by Certified Dave through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. It does not collect personal data from TikTok users, viewers, or customers, and it is not offered for others to use.

When we connect our TikTok account, we receive an access token and basic account details (such as our account display name and ID) so we can confirm the right account is connected and publish posts. We store these only to operate our own posting, we do not share or sell them, and we can revoke the app's access at any time from our TikTok settings. Posts we publish are public and follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
